About the Role:
- Design and deliver dynamic, differentiated lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
- Adapt instructional approaches to maximize accessibility, participation, and student engagement
- Establish a structured, supportive classroom environment that promotes positive learning outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with SENCOs, support staff, and families to support holistic student development
- Empower students to build confidence and independence through innovative, student-centered teaching strategies
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience supporting students with SEND
- Effective classroom management and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Flexible, proactive teaching style tailored to meet diverse learner needs
- Committed to designing engaging, impactful learning experiences
- Highly organised with a strong dedication to fostering student growth and achievement
