SEN Teacher - Communication and Interaction UnitLong-Term Supply Potential Temp-to-Perm Full-TimeSimply Education are currently working with a primary school seeking an experienced and resilient SEN Teacher to join their Communication and Interaction Unit on a long-term basis, with the potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.The unit currently supports 7 EYFS and Key Stage 1 pupils with a range of additional needs, within a provision that has capacity for up to 10 pupils.This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and is confident creating a structured, nurturing and engaging learning environment.The successful SEN Teacher will:Have experience working with children with SEN, particularly communication and interaction needsIdeally have experience within an SEN unit, specialist provision or a primary setting with a strong SEND focusBe confident managing behaviour and maintaining clear, consistent boundariesBe patient, nurturing and emotionally resilientAdapt learning to meet a wide range of individual needsBuild strong relationships with pupils while maintaining high expectationsWork effectively with support staff and other professionalsBe able to create a calm, structured and purposeful classroom environmentThis role would suit:An experienced SEN Teacher, EYFS Teacher or primary teacher with significant SEN experience who is looking for a rewarding long-term position where they can ..... full job details .....
