Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Northampton.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dedicated SEN Communication and Interaction Unit, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and helping them achieve their full potential.The RolePosition: SEN TeacherLocation: Northampton, NN1Contract: Long-term supplyHours: Full-time, Monday to FridayStart: Immediate start availablePotential: Temp-to-perm for the right candidateThe SEN Communication and Interaction Unit has capacity for 10 pupils and currently supports 7 children across EYFS and Key Stage 1, with a range of individual needs.You will work as part of a supportive team, delivering engaging and differentiated learning experiences tailored to each child''s individual needs, abilities and development.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a teacher who:Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualificationHas experience working with children with SEN, particularly communication and interaction needsHas experience within EYFS and/or Key Stage 1Is confident adapting lessons and activities to meet individual needsCan build strong, positive relationships with pupilsIs patient, nurturing and understandingHas strong behaviour and classroom management skillsWorks well as part of a wider teamIs passionate about inclusive education and supporting every child to succeedHas an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is ..... full job details .....
