The successful candidate will be passionate about creating engaging, personalised learning experiences that enable every pupil to develop academically, socially and emotionally.The RoleAs an SEN Teacher, you will:Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to meet individual learning needs.Teach and support secondary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Down syndrome and complex needs.Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom where every student can thrive.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and other professionals to support pupil progress.Monitor, assess and celebrate individual achievements while adapting teaching strategies to maximise learning outcomes.Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to ensure the best possible support for every learner.The Ideal CandidateThe successful applicant ..... full job details .....
