SEN Teacher Salary: Up to 49,825 (including SEN allowance) This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learner needs. Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor pupil progress. Lead and coordinate a curriculum subject or key skill area across the school. Work collaboratively with parents, carers, therapists and external agencies.
