The RoleAs an SEN Teacher, you will:Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets.Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and moderate learning difficulties.Create a structured, safe, and engaging learning environment.Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCO, therapists, and families.Track and evidence pupil progress using personalised learning plans.Contribute to annual reviews and multi-agency meetings.The Ideal CandidateYou will:Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Have experience working with pupils with SEND (mainstream with SEN experience or specialist provision).Demonstrate strong behaviour management with a nurturing, therapeutic approach.Be adaptable, resilient, and solution-focused.Have high expectations for both academic and personal development.Be committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice.ECTs with relevant SEN ..... full job details .....
