This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping personalised learning journeys and making a lasting impact on young people with additional needs.The RoleAs an SEN Teacher, you will:Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned to EHCP outcomes.Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and moderate learning difficulties.Create a structured, nurturing classroom environment where every pupil feels safe and valued.Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCO, therapists, and external agencies.Monitor, assess, and evidence individual progress.Contribute to annual reviews and multi-agency meetings.?
