The Role - SEN Teacher

You will deliver a tailored curriculum designed to meet individual needs, combining academic teaching with behaviour support strategies and emotional development. Building trust and consistency will be central to your role.

You will play a key part in helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and positive life outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
• Experience in SEN or SEMH advantageous

As an SEN Teacher, you will join an innovative and forward-thinking teaching team who strive to create a nurturing learning environment in which all children have an equitable opportunity to access education. With a focus on Trauma-Informed practice, you will work to EHCPs to remove barriers to learning and deliver effective interventions when children become dysregulated. You will use your track record of outstanding practice to offer tailored support, de-escalate challenging behaviour and deliver outstanding educational content to learners with additional needs in this SEN Teacher role.
