SEN Teacher (Northumberland) Primary School

We are looking for a SEN Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Northumberland, supporting pupils within the school''s specialist SEMH provision.This is to support 7 students across years 2-4.This role would suit an experienced SEN teacher or a primary teacher with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs or has experience with SEMH.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons within the SEMH provision.Adapt teaching and learning to meet individual pupils'' academic, social and emotional needs.Establish positive, trusting relationships with pupils.Provide clear routines, structure and consistent boundaries.Support pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
