SEN Teacher
We are partnered with a school seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team, working with children who have special educational needs including learning difficulties and autism. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable pupils who need specialist support and teaching approaches.
The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualised education to pupils with a range of special educational needs. You''ll work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals to create meaningful learning experiences and support each child''s development and progress.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching SEN children, particularly children with learning difficulties and autism
- Experience working with EQUALS curriculum would be beneficial
- Experience with non-linear developmental assessment frameworks (e.g. Routes for Learning, SCERTS) would be beneficial
- Passion for working with SEN children
