SEN Teacher

Tradewind are supporting a specialist SEN school in Tower Hamlets to recruit a skilled SEN Teacher to lead a class of mixed-ability learners with Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and medical needs.

The role:

• Teach a sensory-based curriculum

• Work with a high staff-to-pupil ratio (support from TAs and nurses)

• Liaise with parents and external professionals to ensure holistic support

Requirements:

• QTS with SEN teaching experience

• Knowledge of PMLD strategies, sensory integration, assistive technology

• Flexible, creative and compassionate approach
