Key Responsibilities:


  • Provideandnbsp;individualised supportandnbsp;to pupils with a range of SEND, includingandnbsp;ASD,andnbsp;SEMH, andandnbsp;MLD
  • Assist in deliveringandnbsp;differentiated learning activitiesandnbsp;under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
  • Foster aandnbsp;safe,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;stimulating environmentandnbsp;that promotes independence and confidence
  • Support the implementation and review ofandnbsp;EHCPsandnbsp;in collaboration with staff and external professionals
  • Use a variety of strategies to supportandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;emotional regulation, andandnbsp;positive behaviour
  • Build strong,andnbsp;trusting relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, families, and colleagues

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:


  • Have experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary or specialist setting (desirable but not essential)
  • Be aandnbsp;patient,andnbsp;empathetic, andandnbsp;adaptableandnbsp;individual with a passion for inclusive education
  • Demonstrate strongandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;organisation, andandnbsp;teamworkandnbsp;skills
  • Be confident supportingandnbsp;personal careandnbsp;andandnbsp;sensory needsandnbsp;where required
  • Be committed toandnbsp;safeguarding,andnbsp;professional development, andandnbsp;collaborative working
