Salary: MPS4 to UPS1 plus TLR''s We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary SEND Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive Internal Alternative Provision (IAP) within a mainstream primary setting. This is a highly specialist role, working with pupils who present with SEND and SEMH needs, supporting them to re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a profound and lasting difference to children who need it most. About the Role As an IAP Teacher, you will work with small groups and individuals with complex needs, delivering a flexible, personalised curriculum tailored to each pupil. Your focus will be on removing barriers to learning, supporting social and emotional development, and helping pupils either reintegrate into mainstream education or transition successfully to specialist provision. You will work closely with the SENCo, pastoral team, families, and external professionals, adopting a therapeutic, child-centred approach where behaviour is understood as communication.
