Differentiate instruction to ensure that all students, regardless of ability, are able to access the curriculum and make progress. Provide a supportive and nurturing classroom environment to promote positive behaviour and academic achievement. Work collaboratively with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) team to create individualized learning plans (ILPs) for students.
