This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Teaching Assistant who has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and is looking for a rewarding, long-term position working 5 days per week. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting pupils both academically and emotionally, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential. The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider school team to provide high-quality support to pupils with a range of additional needs. Your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.Supporting children with their learning and development across the primary curriculum.Assisting pupils with English, Mathematics, reading and phonics.Supporting children with communication and interaction difficulties.Encouraging pupils to develop independence, confidence and positive learning behaviours.Supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.Helping to implement ..... full job details .....
