Multiple positions are available and hiring is ongoing to meet the needs we support.We are on a mission to transform the quality of education provided to young people with SEN/SEND, and other needs such as SEMH. You will be supported throughout every placement by our team of SEN / SEND Support Specialists.This role is ideal for qualified SEN / SEND teachers who are eager to work 1:1 with children and young people with diverse learning needs in a creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to boost engagement and educational outcomes.

Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD/SLD, or other educational needs referred to Targeted ProvisionSupport young people referred by local authorities and schools in their educational and social-emotional journeyDeliver flexible, holistic, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoringSEN / SEND Tutor tasks and responsibilities
Plan each tutoring/mentoring sessionDeliver engaging sessions aligned to the young person’s needs and progressComplete lesson reports and provide progress feedbackSEN / SEND Tutor requirements
Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS)Minimum 2 years teaching experienceExperience with SEND, SEMH, MLD/SLD, and other educational needsKnowledge of safeguarding processesEnhanced DBS (assistance available at cost)Two professional referencesUK-based with right to work (including remote/online work)It is a strict requirement to promote the health, safety and wellbeing of children and young people and to follow safeguarding policies at all times.Employment status
