This rewarding role involves delivering an engaging, personalised curriculum that enables every child to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within a nurturing and inclusive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum to meet individual learning needsSupport pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needsDevelop, implement, and review Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets and personalised learning plansCreate a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes positive learning experiencesAssess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to maximise achievementWork collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, the SENCO, therapists, parents, and external professionals to support pupil developmentFoster pupils'' confidence, independence, communication, and social skills through positive relationships and consistent behaviour support strategiesRequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) ..... full job details .....
