About the Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.
- Assess, monitor and support pupil progress to ensure high levels of achievement.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and school events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and continually improve outcomes for all pupils.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Holds a Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or Open to applying for one.
- Has a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
- Is committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- Has excellent classroom management skills.
- Is passionate about inclusion and meeting the needs of all learners.
- Is reflective, enthusiastic and committed to continuous professional development.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work effectively as part of a supportive team.
