SEN Learning Support AssistantProspero Teaching is seeking a caring, patient, and motivated SEN Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils in the Andover area. This long-term role involves supporting children who have additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, learning delays, and social-emotional challenges.You will work closely with teaching staff to provide consistent support throughout the school day, helping pupils engage with learning, build confidence, and develop key social and emotional skills.
