SEN Learning Support Assistant Location: Salisbury Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only (Long-term) Pay: £14.66 - £15.66 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dependable SEN Learning Support Assistant to work within schools across the Salisbury area. This long-term opportunity focuses on supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, learning delays, and social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide consistent and patient support, helping pupils to access learning, build confidence, and develop positive relationships within a structured and supportive environment. This position is particularly well-suited to individuals with experience in SEN, care, youth work, or those looking to gain valuable experience in education, psychology, or related fields.
