We are seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about making a difference and helping students achieve their full potential.Day-to-day of the role:Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they engage with the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.Work closely with teachers and other staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.Utilise creative approaches to help students overcome educational barriers.Build strong, trusting relationships with students, acting as a positive role model to encourage personal and academic growth.Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and understanding of best practices in SEN education.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience working with children or young people (doesn''t have to be within an educational setting)Excellent rapport-building skills with a sense of humour and understanding approach.Creativity in problem-solving and lesson engagement.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.A genuine interest in and commitment to improving educational outcomes for vulnerable young ..... full job details .....
