This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, can integrate quickly into new environments, and is confident supporting pupils across the primary age range.The Role:As an LSA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Responsibilities will include: Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons Providing 1:1 support for pupils who require additional guidance Leading and assisting with small group interventions Supporting pupils with general classroom learning and targeted intervention work Supervising pupils during break times and in the lunch hall Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, inclusive environmentThe Ideal Candidate: Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable) Has proven experience working within a UK primary school setting Is confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills Is flexible, proactive, and able to adapt at short noticeThis role would suit an ..... full job details .....
