About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will:Support learners aged 4-16 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning needs.Work within small class groups of 8-10 pupils alongside a teacher and at least 3 other TAs.Deliver personalised support, foster trust, and help create a safe and engaging learning environment.Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, parents, and carers to help each student thrive.Assist with personal care and swimming sessions when required.
