The role is ideal for anyone considering a future career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or SEN Teaching.Working closely with experienced teachers and SEN professionals, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of complex needs, helping them to access learning, develop key life skills, and achieve meaningful progress.The Role:Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.Support children both inside and outside the classroom, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development.Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to help them feel safe and engaged in school.Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents to deliver consistent support.Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every child can ..... full job details .....
