Working within a supportive and welcoming primary school, you will play an important role in helping pupils achieve their full potential while developing your own skills and experience.The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the wider school team to support pupils across the primary age range, delivering both classroom and small-group support.Key Responsibilities:Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Provide one-to-one and small group intervention support to pupils.Assist in preparing classroom resources and learning activities.Encourage positive behaviour and promote an engaging learning environment.Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.Requirements:A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree is essential.Previous experience working with children is desirable, whether in a school, tutoring, coaching, childcare, or voluntary setting.Availability to work full-time ..... full job details .....
