We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Alternative Provision Learning Mentor to join an alternative provision setting in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a rewarding career in education while making a difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs.As an SEN Alternative Provision Learning Mentor, you will work closely with experienced support staff to provide tailored 1-1 or group mentoring support to learners who require additional academic, emotional or behavioural support. You will support the implementation of strategic learning plans and play an important role in creating a safe and engaging environment where every learner has the opportunity to thrive.Key Role Details:Start date: ASAP - Term time only Location: Gloucester based Alternative Provision Salary: 80 - 95 per day (Depending on Experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pmSEN Alternative Provision Learning Mentor Overview:Support learners with a variety of SEN, including autism, learning difficulties, and emotional or behavioural challenges.Work with a range of learners on a 1:1 basis, within a group setting, and within a range of Alternative Provision roles. ..... full job details .....
