This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA, Learning Mentor, Behaviour Support Worker or youth worker who wants to work in a smaller, more personalised educational environment where building positive relationships is at the heart of the role.The provision supports young people who may have experienced difficulties within mainstream education and require a different approach to learning.
