SEMH Teaching Assistant

Learning Support Assistant Job available in PortsmouthAre you a patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? A welcoming primary school in Portsmouth is looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide support for pupils with SEMH across Year R through to Year 4 during morning sessions.This is part time teaching Assistant, working Monday to Friday (18 hours 45 minutes per week). This is a long term temporary position, mornings only, and is looking for the right Teaching Assistant to start ASAP until the end of the academic year.About the Role:For this job you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent support for the child, helping them access learning and develop key social and emotional skills.
