This is a full-time role, working 5 days a week, supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and small group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Assist in the delivery of tailored lessons to meet students'' specific needsSupport students in developing social, emotional, and academic skillsHelp manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environmentWork with teachers to implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs)Maintain records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleaguesAssist with any personal care needs, if requiredAdhere to safeguarding and child protection guidelines The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A Level 3 qualification or at least 6 months experience in an educational settingExperience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA good understanding of safeguarding and child protection proceduresPatience, empathy, and the ability to work pro actively with students who may have challenging behaviourAbility to work independently as well as part of a team ..... full job details .....
