This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and make a meaningful difference in their education and personal development.This role would suit resilient, patient, and proactive individuals who are passionate about supporting students in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving positive outcomes.The Role As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support students both in and out of the classroom, helping them to regulate emotions, engage with learning, and develop positive behaviours in a structured and nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEMH needsAssist teachers in delivering lessons and adapting learning to meet individual needsSupport students in managing behaviour and emotional regulationBuild positive, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagementImplement behaviour management strategies and individual support plansHelp create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentMonitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staffSupport pupils with transitions throughout the school ..... full job details .....
