Key Responsibilites Behaviour Management: Implement effective, positive behaviour management strategies within the classroom and small groups. De-escalation: Apply proven de-escalation techniques calmly and professionally to support students experiencing emotional distress or crisis. Teacher and Pastoral Support: Assist teachers with lesson delivery, resource preparation, and work alongside pastoral teams to monitor student wellbeing.
