If you''re passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, this is your opportunity to make a real difference every day.

This rewarding role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, youth workers, support workers, sports coaches or graduates looking to build a career in education.

The role:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
• Build positive relationships that encourage confidence and engagement
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
• Work alongside teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
• Help create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment

We''re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people with additional needs or challenging behaviour
• Is patient, resilient and able to remain calm under pressure
• Can build trust and establish positive relationships with pupils
• Is proactive, reliable and committed to supporting every child''s progress
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one
