This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support to pupils who require additional emotional, behavioural, and learning support within a nurturing and inclusive school environment.As an SEMH Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them build confidence, regulate their emotions, and engage positively with learning throughout the school day.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting pupils with SEMH needs through tailored 1:1 and small group interventionsEncouraging children to develop emotional regulation, resilience, and positive coping strategiesWorking collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral staff to deliver consistent supportImplementing behaviour support strategies and contributing to personalised intervention plansPromoting a positive, inclusive, and emotionally supportive learning environmentBuilding strong relationships with pupils to encourage engagement, independence, and ..... full job details .....
