The pupils in this school have Autism, ADHD, cognitive difficulties, speech and language needs, behaviour challenges and moderate learning needs. They therefore need a Learning Support Assistant who can help to enhance their learning and social skills, as well as their emotional wellbeing.As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be based in the classroom, providing 1-2-1 support for pupils, as well as guiding small group activities. You will help to increase their interpersonal skills, communication and everyday life skills, and also provide support to the class teacher.
