Tradewind are currently recruiting a resilient and compassionate SEMH Learning Mentor to join a vibrant, highly regarded secondary alternative provision school in the Accrington and Hyndburn area. The setting supports young people who require something additional or alternative to mainstream education. The students join through various pathways, including permanent exclusions from district mainstream schools, bespoke preventative intervention packages, or short-term medical placements via professional panels. The School work tirelessly to reinstate their self-confidence and self-belief, striving to re-engage them with their learning through a highly personalised experience.
