We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee a multi-million-pound security operation across several high-profile visitor attractions in North London, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire. We re looking for someone who leads from the front, inspires excellence, and balances day-to-day command with strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of security operations across multiple high-footfall visitor sites. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of team leaders and frontline officers. Develop and implement robust security strategies and risk mitigation plans. Maintain the highest standards of service delivery, presentation, and professionalism across all locations.
