Conduct regular patrols throughout the shopping centre to maintain a safe and secure environment for visitors and staffRespond promptly to incidents; liaise professionally with the public and site management; maintain accurate records in line with proceduresOperate and monitor CCTV equipmentComplete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activitiesComply with legal requirements to support the organisation’s stability and reputationProvide first-line support to customers and visitors, delivering a professional and friendly serviceUnderstand customer needs and respond to queries and requests appropriatelyRequirements

Full 5-year employment checkable historyValid frontline SIA licence (DS or SG)Customer service experience and ability to handle conflict professionallyFlexible to meet job requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSmart appearance and well-groomedReliable and punctualHigh level of enthusiasm and passionAbility to work in a fast-moving environmentBenefits
