Overview
In this high-profile security officer role, you will ensure the security and safety of premises and people at a prestigious client site. This is a permanent role. Hours of work may vary but shifts are normally 12 hours duration, 4 on 4 off pattern covering days and nights, Monday - Sunday. However, you will need to be reliable and flexible to support your colleagues.ICTS specialises in the provision of integrated security and customer services within demanding environments. Managing access control for buildings and car-parks for employees, visitors and contractorsPatrolling the buildings, car parks and grounds to deter and detect problemsResponding to customer requests and queriesChecking and challenging ID passes with a professional and friendly approachIdentifying and reporting Health and Safety issues and carrying out first aid if necessaryMaintaining records including incident reports using computer- and paper-based systemsMonitoring CCTV for the prevention of crime and to ensure the Health and Safety of staff and visitorsCompleting incident reports / statements as required and maintaining a record of events during an incidentWorking closely with other officers / management to ensure the most effective and efficient provision of security and safety serviceQualifications
An SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) license is essentialStrong customer service skills and experienceExcellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skillsThe ability to remain calm and professional under pressureExperience in a customer-facing role, ideally in securityGood IT and administration skillsFive years'' checkable history and referencesTo pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standardsDesirable
