To liaise and meet with customers and key clients on a regular basis to review and record contract performance ensure quality standards are consistently maintained, leading to contract retention, including monthly KPIs in line with the Customer Portal.To be responsible for manning levels of contracted, ad-hoc and special events as per customer requirements including, recruitment, screening and vetting with Administrators and Central Support ensuring that sufficient and suitable relief staff are available.Through direct site visits ensure the safety and well-being of both customer staff and Corps colleagues are maintained.Be responsible for weekly and monthly reports as required by Site Operations Manager and the Region, ensuring deadlines are met.Maintain all associated documents required for Customers including key holding i.e. Assignment Instructions, key receipts, risk assessments, contact details including office customer files and ensuring invoices are raised appropriately when required to do so.Participate in Out of Hours/Duty Executive process as and when required. Monitor and manage revenue and costs in line with the current contract costing model and prepare monthly forecasts in line with accounting requirements.Conduct in-depth investigations and follow the Company’s disciplinary, grievance, performance management policies with regards to employee relations matters.Please Note: These are the key elements of the role, you may be asked to undertake additional duties as and when required.What you will need

Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.A valid SIA Front-Line License - essentialPrevious Security Management experienceProven ability of being a team leader/supervisor in a multi site environmentConfidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levelsAbility to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressureFull UK Driving License - desirableExcellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 StandardsWhat we offer
