Digital Account Manager

Overview

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hiring Marketing, eCommerce, Digital and Creative talent across the UK. Central Employment are working with an established Independent Performance Marketing Agency to recruit a client facing, commercially savvy Digital Account Manager for the Client Services team in Newcastle.Hybrid working, Newcastle based x 3 days a week as a minimum.

Base pay range

£35,000 DOE + bonus based on up-sell and retention

Key responsibilities

Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations to optimise results.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution of campaigns.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our service offerings.Identify opportunities for account growth and work towards expanding client engagements.

Experience requirements

Demonstrable experience working within a digital marketing agency is essential, 3 yrs minProven track record of leading and executing successful digital marketing strategies for clients.Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
