Bell Cornwall Recruitment are hiring a Secretary at a well-established sports organisation in Birmingham. They are looking for a confident individual with previous secretarial experience.

Secretary responsibilities:

• Provide full admin support to the Executive Director, including diary, travel, meetings, and emails.
• Assist with project tasks like tracking progress, gathering data, and meeting deadlines.
• Help organise events by managing guest lists, venues, and logistics.
• Support the department with admin duties such as CRM updates and filing.
• Represent the organisation professionally, promoting its values and reputation.
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous secretarial experience at Director or senior level.
• Strong admin skills and accurate minute-taking.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, professional attitude.
• Excellent IT skills.
