The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience supporting young people with SEN in a school or similar setting
* Demonstrate patience, resilience, and adaptability in meeting pupil needs
* Be confident in supporting students across a range of abilities, including those with complex needs
* Be able to work closely with teachers, parents, and outside agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students
* Be enthusiastic about helping young people reach their potential
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
