Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.Maintain discipline through well-focused teaching and through positive and productive classroom management.Contribute to the development of the school curriculum and participate in curriculum activities.Provide feedback to parents and guardians on a pupil''s progress at parents'' evenings and other meetings.Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.Act as a mentor to students, providing support and guidance with their educational and personal development.
