We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join a specialist educational setting supporting children with additional and complex needs.This role is ideal for a School Support Worker who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with autism and communication difficulties. You will be supporting non-verbal learners, helping them access education in a nurturing and structured environment.Key Details:Location: Welwyn Garden CityPay: 13.68 - 15.00 per hour (depending on experience)Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pmContract: Temporary ad-hoc work available, with temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidateStart: SeptemberResponsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small group support to learners with autism and additional needsAssist non-verbal students with communication, sensory activities, and learning tasksOffer personal and intimate care as requiredFollow individual learning and care plans, supporting learners to reach their full potentialWork collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive environmentRequirements:Right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship)Available full-time between 8:30am and 3:30pmExperience supporting autistic and/or non-verbal ..... full job details .....
