School Premises Officer and Minibus driverASAP start 5 days a week35 hoursOngoingWe are currently looking for a School Premises Officer to join a school on a long-term basis to support the current team with general maintenance for a primary school in Lambeth, across 2 sites. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE AND BE ABLE TO DRIVE A MINIBUS.The RoleIn this role you will be working 5 days a week. The hours will be confirmed on appointment and may require flexibility for opening and closing the school.Individual jobs will vary in but in general you will be required to:Support with general maintenance and repairs in and around the school facilitiesPrepare areas within the the school for events (furniture set up etc)General upkeep and cleaningWeekly fire alarm tests to be recorded in a spreadsheetHealth and safety knowledge neededDriving the minibus where needed from site to siteTo apply for this role you must be physically fit and have experience working in building maintenance. Previous experience in schools, colleges or educational settings is preferred by not essential for this role.
