Full Time – £31,000–£33,000 per year + great benefits

Location: New cross London

Hours: 8:00AM-17:00PM Permanent, Full Time

A bit about the role

You’ll:

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals for pupils, catering to a variety of dietary needs.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets efficiently.
• Promote healthy eating through food-related activities and by engaging with pupils.
• Take pride in keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and welcoming.

You will need:

• The right to work in the UK
• A positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for working in a school environment
• Food Hygiene Level 2 or equivalent (or willingness to complete within your first week – funded by us)
• Previous catering/chef experience in a school, nursery, or similar setting is desirable.
