You will join an established premises team and work alongside three other members of staff, supporting the smooth day-to-day running and upkeep of the school site.The RoleSupporting the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the school siteCarrying out general caretaking and minor maintenance dutiesEnsuring classrooms, communal areas and outdoor spaces are safe and well maintainedSetting up and moving furniture and equipment when requiredCarrying out basic repairs and reporting larger maintenance issuesSupporting the wider premises team with general site dutiesHelping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staffFollowing school health and safety proceduresAbout YouPrevious experience in a caretaker, maintenance, facilities, site assistant or similar role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.We are looking for someone who is:Reliable and hardworkingPractical and willing to get involvedComfortable working as part of a teamAble to follow instructions and proceduresProactive and ..... full job details .....
