Engage with a range of visitors, students and parentsYou will be the first point of contact for all students reporting to the school office, offering a warm and friendly atmosphereSigning in and out of all visitors and contractorsUse your communication skills to work with Governors, Teachers and ParentsWork in a role where no day is the same and you will be trusted to multitask and prioritise your own workloadUpdate student information systems and manage a busy email inbox of enquiriesSend out correspondence to parents to keep them up to date with what’s happening at the schoolSupport finance by processing purchase ordersOrganise events and meetingsWork within a student area with safeguarding, confidentiality, discretion and GDPR at the forefrontSkills and experience

You have worked in roles such as Reception or AdministrationThe ideal candidate will have worked in a school setting, however it’s not essentialYou enjoy engaging with different people and thrive in a busy, fast-paced, varied environmentMust have an Enhanced DBS certificate within the last 12 months or on the update serviceWhat you will get
