Schemes SupervisorLondon 300- 325 per day Umbrella5-month contractImmediate interviews and start availableWe are working with a Tier 1 highways contractor to recruit an experienced Schemes Supervisor to support the delivery of highway improvement, maintenance and road renewal schemes across London.This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy programme of works with an established contractor, offering an immediate start and the chance to work across a variety of live highways projects.The roleAs Schemes Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.Key responsibilities include:Reviewing Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Construction Phase PlansMonitoring construction programmes and coordinating with contractors, clients and local authoritiesManaging permits, approvals and permitting requirementsEnsuring works are delivered in accordance with approved designs and specificationsMaintaining accurate daily site records, including labour, plant and photographic recordsSupporting the resolution of site and construction issuesMonitoring health, safety and environmental compliance across siteInspecting Traffic Management layouts and ensuring Chapter 8 complianceProducing site documentation, inductions, POWRAs and daily briefingsCarrying out weekly safety inspections and attending safety meetingsProviding information to support compensation events and ..... full job details .....
