Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Scheduling Lead to join a leading maintenance team in Edinburgh. This role will see you managing a team of contact centre operatives, ensuring efficient scheduling and planning operations across the business. Prior experience in a planning or scheduling environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of the contact centre team
Conducting monthly 1:1s and performance reviews
Maintaining training documentation and supporting staff development
Ensuring all compliance and scheduling processes are adhered to
Supporting management in implementing new processes
Leading and motivating the team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years'' experience in a contact centre environment
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads effectively
Comfortable leading a team through change and process improvement
